Scheduling for shooting qualification 

For License to Carry and Level 3 courses, your shooting qualification will be scheduled with a representative at info@epftc.com

The shooting qualification for License to Carry will be charged separately.

Refunds

Online courses

All online course purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you have selected the correct course. In instances where the wrong course is selected, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

In Person courses and range 

No refund given for no call / no show day of course

In Person Policy 

Courses begin at 8:00 am. Any student late more than 5 minutes, will be offered to reschedule their course one time.

Rescheduling in Person Courses and Range

Emergencies / Life Happens.  We offer a one time course date reschedule if you let us know at leas 24 hours  in advance. Minimum notice accepted will be 24 hours.
