1. In-Person Attendance & Lateness Policy

All in-person courses begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Because our curriculums are strictly timed to meet Texas state guidelines, we cannot allow late entries to disrupt the class.

• Any student running more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to the classroom.
• Late students will be permitted to reschedule their course one time to a future date.
  
  Scheduling for shooting qualification 
• For License to Carry and Level 3 courses, your shooting qualification will be scheduled with a representative at info@epftc.com
• The shooting qualification for License to Carry will be charged separately.

2. Rescheduling & Emergencies

We understand that life happens. We offer a one-time course date reschedule at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class time.

• Note: Reschedule requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to forfeiture of the course fee.

3. Refund & No-Show Policy

• Online Courses: All online course purchases are 100% non-refundable. Please double-check your selection before purchasing. If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, contact us immediately at info@epftc.com to review your case for a manual transfer or resolution.
• In-Person & Range Courses: No refunds or reschedules will be granted for “No-Calls / No-Shows” on the day of the course. If you miss your class without prior 24-hour notice, your registration fee is forfeited.
